Fear of the future
There will come a time
So soon when all you knew
Will disappear into being
An idea, and not more, Nor
will you recall your plans/affairs
But before it all washes
As sand down the red gully
You will sit on the grass
With your deepest friends
And a yellow leaf will fall
Onto your lap and through
Teary eyes you will tell
The changing season
I accept you
